Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety inspections.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the installation of lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurement is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses within a specified timeframe.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
