Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and terminating connections.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress.
- Respond to service calls and emergency repairs during night shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and work hard; prior trade experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work night shifts.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
