Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work on commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and wiring issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Document work completed and report any material shortages or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (State of Florida or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in electrical construction or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shift hours.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Tampa and surrounding areas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
