Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and wiring.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national safety codes and regulations.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Willingness to learn and obtain necessary journeyman or apprentice certifications.
- Basic understanding of math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
