Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company standards
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and meeting project deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training provided!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
