Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture maintenance under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in paid training sessions to develop technical skills
- Complete apprenticeship milestones toward certification
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to commit to 2-year apprenticeship program
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
