Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, and outlet upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to identify faults.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional solutions.
- Assist in the training of junior electricians and apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent Apprentice License with significant experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts as required.
