Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including clearing, digging, and loading materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Transport and distribute tools and materials to various work sites.
- Perform daily cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized site.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors at all times.
- Help with basic carpentry, concrete pouring, or drywall installation as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and carrying heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
