Responsibilities
- Assist lead plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and ensuring safety compliance.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner, answering basic questions and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Learn to read blueprints, interpret schematics, and use various plumbing diagnostic tools.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight spaces or at heights.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
