Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, cleaning, and material handling.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure job site.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
