Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, painting, and masonry.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to the job site using dollies, hand trucks, or forklifts.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, standing, and bending.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
