Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and equipment.
- Operate basic machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in material preparation.
- Unload trucks and organize inventory at the end of the day.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices (OSHA preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
