Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support Trades: Provide general support to carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and adhering to site protocols.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition.
- Communication: Relay important information to site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on uneven surfaces.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up on time every day.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
