Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, trenching, and concrete finishing.
- Transport materials to and from the work area as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide training.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
