Responsibilities
- Operate power tools, forklifts, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for enthusiastic applicants.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Basic reading and math skills for measurements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
