Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear construction sites of debris, rocks, and other materials to ensure a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, tools, and building supplies efficiently.
- Assist Tradespeople: Support electricians, plumbers, and carpenters by preparing areas and fetching necessary tools.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools (e.g., drills, saws) under supervision.
- Mixing & Prep: Mix concrete, sand, and gravel as needed for foundations or flooring.
- General Cleanup: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Safety Mindset: Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work as part of a team.
