Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, or mixing concrete.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform general physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic blueprints.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
