- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate estimates and clean work areas.
- Manage a daily route of service calls and maintain accurate job logs.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices on-site.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master Plumber License in Pennsylvania.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, pipefitting, and using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible overtime.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
- Tools: Own reliable transportation and basic tool set.
