Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing and finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and lifting capacity
- Basic tool operation knowledge required
