Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical tasks as needed
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundation work
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Basic math and communication skills
