As a Weekend Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sites are prepared and completed efficiently. If you are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging, and grading.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools (saws, drills) and heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers) as required.
- Cleanup & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or labor is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Tools: Own basic hand tools is a plus.
