We are currently seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team for our Weekend Shift operations in Las Vegas, NV. This is an Urgently Hiring position offering immediate start dates for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Perform basic site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as directed.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for long hours, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and counting inventory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the site.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
