Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics when necessary.
- Perform manual labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physical labor.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
