Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by digging trenches, cutting holes in floors/walls, and clearing debris.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be physically able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and material estimation.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
