Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with tasks such as digging, troweling, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Conduct daily inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
