Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare and organize job sites, ensuring tools and materials are ready for the workday.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Learn to interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical tools and maintain a clean workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Support the team with basic troubleshooting and circuit testing.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Must be eager to learn and willing to train.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability for weekend shifts and overtime is a plus.
