Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including digging, hauling, and material handling.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, marking areas, and setting up temporary structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize them on-site.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions strictly.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude are required.
