Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks, including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, or concrete work as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Lift and move heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
