Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing workOperate power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery (under supervision)
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Transport materials using forklifts or manual labor as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
