Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout tasks and material assembly
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic tool handling experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
