Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload materials and operate basic machinery under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Read blueprints and execute verbal instructions accurately
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain organized tool inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
