Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled craft professionals (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris and trash.
- Operate handheld power tools and basic construction machinery safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Transport heavy items across job sites using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and hazards.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
