Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Execute high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and power distribution issues efficiently.
- Safety Standards: Maintain a zero-accident culture by rigorously following OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Documentation: Complete accurate job tickets, time logs, and inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure satisfaction and project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman Electrician License required for the State of Wisconsin.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and reading technical drawings.
- Tools: Must possess a reliable set of hand tools and the ability to pass a tool check.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; reliable vehicle for commuting.
