Responsibilities
- Perform new construction wiring, panel upgrades, and lighting installations for residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project timelines clearly to clients.
- Utilize test equipment such as multimeters and voltage testers to diagnose issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the El Paso area.
